| Plan | Commission | Online payment | Subscription | Only above |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Plan | 12.0% | 3.2% | R$ 110.00 | R$ 1,800.00 / month |

Three different charges
Order commission
The reference depends on the plan. On Basic, also enter own-delivery costs. The calculator uses the entered gross price; your agreement may define specific conditions.
Online payment
Apply the rate to the share of orders paid online. Zero means none; 100% means all. Own card-terminal fees are a separate expense and can be entered as other costs. The mix estimates equal-value orders.
Conditional subscription
The configured rule applies above, not at, the threshold. Subscription is added once to the monthly total. When customizing an agreement, also check its revenue threshold.
Example: platform deductions and contribution
For a R$ 50.00 Basic order, reference commission is R$ 6.00 and online payment is R$ 1.60. At 200 orders, the applied subscription is R$ 110.00 and monthly platform fees total R$ 1,630.00.
Including R$ 15.00 ingredients, R$ 2.50 packaging, R$ 5.00 delivery and illustrative 6% tax, contribution is R$ 16.90 per order. After subscription and R$ 1,000.00 fixed costs, the estimated monthly result is R$ 2,270.00.

Perguntas Frequentes (FAQ)
Is 3.2% every restaurant’s rate?
No. It is a configured reference. Previously reviewed official sources also showed 3.5%, with differences by product and agreement. Check your terms and enter custom rates.
Is the subscription deducted on every sale?
The model charges it once per month when revenue exceeds the entered threshold. Allocation is an average, not another charge.
Can I reconcile this result to a statement?
The simulation uses an average order. Statements may include refunds, services, promotions, adjustments and different calculation bases. Review each line in the Partner Portal.
